It’s not officially Fall in this house until our first shipment of Green Mountain Fair Trade Pumpkin Spice Coffee arrives. Not only am I a self-professed Pumpkin Spice Coffee hoarder – seriously, it’s kind of a problem – but I’m also kind of obsessed with creating delicious recipes using this sweet and spicy seasonal flavor. From Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cupcakes to Pumpkin Spice Coffee and Doughnut Trifles – I’m pretty much your go-to girl for all things pumpkin-spiced and deliciously nice.

While on my recent trip to Vermont with my fellow K-Cup® Ambassadors, I kept dropping not-so-subtle hints to anyone in my path in hopes of convincing the lovely folks at GMC to make Fair Trade Pumpkin Spice Coffee a year-round option. Guys, I think I need to create a petition – who’s with me?

To celebrate this beautiful coffee, and its ingredients, today I’m giving away Fair Trade Pumpkin Spice K-Cup® Coffee and two Sensory Mugs.     I left an idea for a recipe on Green Mountain Coffee: this trifle sounds delicious! I’m not very creative with recipes using coffee especially so I’d probably just make a pumpkin spice latte using soy milk and cinnamon topped with whipped cream and dusted with pumpkin pie spice….
