Today, Green Mountain Coffee is featuring my recipe for Wild Mountain Blueberry Coffee Pound Cake with Blueberry Coffee White Chocolate drizzle sauce. It’s a mouthful in more than one way, and OH so delicious.

I think you probably know that I have a most intense relationship with my Keurig and the Green Mountain Coffee that I put in it, because I like to fancy myself as having just a little bit of Vermontitude.

One of the things I love about Vermontitude is the commitment to community spirit. Green Mountain Coffee have a really great blog called the Green Mountain Cafe.. They have the scoop on all sorts of communities, from the communities in South America that grow their Fair Trade coffee to the Twitter community focused on #coffee.

    Your recipe is awesome! I love both pound cake and white chocolate and I’m pretty fond of blueberries so this sounds pretty amazing. Totally brilliant idea b/c I would never have thought of using blueberry coffee in the recipe. I can’t wait to make it. However I will be trying it with chocolate raspberry truffle coffee since that’s my fave. Thanks for the wonderful recipe and I’ll let you know how it turns out when I get a chance to make it.     I suggested that the old Raspberry coffee that GMC used to have during the summer (they no longer make it :( ) would have been great with this cake! The taste of summer berries together would be heaven!
